I never thought I suffered from seasonal depression but damn it feels good today with the weather being so nice. I don’t think we’ve had a day like this since October. With Spring officially two weeks away and summer right behind, it feels right to start getting in the mood. Who better than good ol’ Otis Redding for that.

@steve: It has been rumored at times by sketchy sources to have been a suicide note but I wholly disagree. Redding considered this song unfinished when he died. He and members of his band died in a airplane crash. Redding had lyrics for the last verse which he only whistled in the initial recording but no one ever got a chance to hear them after his most unfortunate accident at the age of 26. A true loss to soul.
