Two for Tuesday | Muse

Muse!! Woo! Muse!!

That’s how I feel right now. They just kicked off their US tour this weekend and I’m seeing them tonight in Philly. CANNOT WAIT! Anyway here are two songs from these guys. The first is a rare recording and the second has an interesting story.

The first is from a radio show they did in Spain (I believe, might have wrong country). Prior to airing the performance, the producers told Muse not to curse in their songs. For anyone that doesn’t know Muse, they never curse. So in response to the producer not knowing that, they recorded this interestingly fantastic version of “Feeling Good,” one of my personal favorites regularly.

The second song, “Plug In Baby” is from the live Wembley album (DVD portion only, not CD) and is by far one of the best Muse albums. Although the lyrics clearly sound like they are about Matt’s guitar, he said otherwise in an interview. During the interview, Bellamy claimed the song is about genetically engineering puppies to never grow old. Believe what you want about it.
